- Change Team Names - Please contact NetLineup Support to change your team login name. Provide your current team name along with your newly desired team name (team names must be unique and not currently in use by another team). Team name change requests are only honored if made by the registered captain as listed on the Setup Menu, Season Setup page. Once your team name has been changed, all other team information will remain the same including passwords.

- Email - Some teammates not receiving the captain's emails - If other teammates are receiving the captain's email messages sent from NetLineup and others are not, you should first verify that you have the correct email address(es) on your Setup Menu, Roster page for the affected teammates. If they are still not able to receive your messages, it is probably due to an email filter or anti-spam product on the person's email system. They should check their system's documentation or with the appropriate support person to ensure that mail from the captain's email address is allowed through. If they are unable to do this, it is recommended that they enter a different email address on the roster. Personal email addresses generally have less stringent filtering in place than a business address. (NOTE: NetLineup now returns undeliverable messages to the captain, letting them know that an email address is being rejected by the receiving mail server. Should you receive a reject message after sending email through NetLineup, please check with the affected teammate to update their email address(es).)

- Login Issues - To login to your team site, enter your team name and password in the Team Login area near the top left corner of our home page, then click or press Enter. If unable to login successfully, verify your team login name and password with your captain or teammate. Team login names and passwords are not case-sensitive, but must be entered precisely with attention to spacing. Example:

If your team name is "A1 - Acers", this is different from "A1-Acers".

Once you are sure you have the correct team name and password, make sure you are typing in your team name and password, as opposed to having your browser fill in this information automatically. If you are still unable to login, you may be experiencing problems due to your browser not allowing for "cookies." If you are using Internet Explorer on a Windows-based machine, try the following:

- close your browser window(s)
- click on Start-Settings-Control Panel
- double-click on Internet Options, then click on the Privacy tab
- Set the vertical slide bar to "Medium"
- Click OK to save this setting, then reopen your browser window and retry your login

- Schedule in NetLineup Doesn't Match ALTA Schedule - By default, NetLineup creates a generic schedule similar to ALTA's schedule template. The captain must ensure that the schedule in NetLineup matches your ALTA schedule exactly in order to accurately create your Matches and Standings pages. To make changes to the generic schedule in NetLineup, login as captain and go to the Setup Menu, Enter Schedule page. From here, make sure that all 4 matches for each week in NetLineup match your ALTA schedule exactly, making changes as needed. You may come to this page at any time and make corrections if needed, then hit "Generate Schedule" to save your changes.
